Snap-On Smile

Snap-On Smile® is an affordable, revolutionary appliance for restorative and cosmetic dentistry that transforms lives as it transforms smiles in just two short visits. It is easily removable, noninvasive, pain-free, and requires no prepping, no injections, no adhesives and snaps right over a patient’s natural teeth.

An affordable, revolutionary appliance for restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

This apliance typically requires two short visits to the our office and about two weeks to complete. The result is a new customized smile that literally snaps in and out of the mouth over your existing teeth. You can eat and drink with Snap-On Smile.

Snap-On Smile® was created by restorative dentist who spent eight years in research and development before offering Snap-On Smile® to his patients in 2004. SInce then it has helped thousands of patients from teenagers to senior citizens by restoring their smile and boosting their confidence and self-esteem. It is ideal for patients who have medically complicated dental issues, are anxious about dental work or who need an affordable solution that can be temporary or long-term according to their needs or budget.

Snap-On Smile® is made of a non-toxic, flexible, but remarkably durable crystallized acetyl resin – the same material used in heart valve replacements and inside NASA spacecraft. It is the only dental appliance that can be fabricated with varying thicknesses – as thin as 0.5 millimeter – to afford a more natural contour and look. It should typically last up to five years or longer with proper care -- the same length of time as other removable appliances such as partial dentures, brux guards or night guards.

Perfect Smiles

The Doctors and Staff at Plainview Dental have many techniques and treatments for creating perfect smiles.

Dental Implants

Do you have an active lifestyle and prefer not to wear dentures? If you are missing one or even several teeth, Plainview Dental PLLC may want to discuss dental implants and their benefits with you.

Cosmetic Whitening

Teeth become discolored over time due to any number of reasons; among them are staining agents such as tea, coffee, and tobacco. The teeth whitening procedure is the most commonly prescribed treatment to correct discoloration by removing the staining and improving the brightness of the teeth.

Crowns

If your root system is healthy, but the surface of your tooth is the problem, a crown may be a good choice for sprucing up that smile. There are many types of crowns; gold, ceramic, ceramic-veneered gold, and ceramic-veneered zirconia crowns.

Bridges

The Doctor will often consider dental bridges for people who have missing teeth and practice good oral hygiene. There are several kinds of bridges including Traditional Fixed Bridges, Implant Supported Fixed Bridges and Resin Bonded Bridges.
